Paolo Bediones Video Went Viral in Philippines also Worldwide
Paolo's sexual preference has been questioned for years but he keeps mum on who is he seeing. Instead of being irked, Paolo decided to just let everyone have the freedom to talk about it. And, eventually the issue died a natural death.
Paolo started his career as a commercial model, and later transitioned to television show hosting. He is best known for hosting GMA Network’s "Extra Challenge" and Survivor Philippines" before he transfered to TV5 as a TV host and newscaster in December 2009.
It's still not confirmed, and of course, only Paolo and the sexy starlet can confirm it, but everyone is still hoping that it's not Paolo. Hopefully
It’s very important to note that whoever uploaded the sex video on MediaShare and shared the download link on social media sites are violating Republic Act 9995 or the Cybercrime Law which states:
The act of “taking photo or video coverage of a person or group of persons performing sexual act or any similar activity or of capturing an image of the private area of a person or persons without the latter’s consent, under circumstances in which such person/s has/have a reasonable expectation of privacy, or the act of selling, copying, reproducing, broadcasting, sharing, showing or exhibiting the photo or video coverage or recordings of such sexual act or similar activity through VCD/DVD, internet, cellular phones and similar means or device without the written consent of the person/s involved, notwithstanding that consent to record or take photo or video coverage of same was given by such person/s.
Meaning those people who uploaded and even shared the download link of the said video scandal may be prosecuted in full extent of the law.
As of this posting, Paolo Bediones is yet to give an official statement regarding the issue.
