We, as a country, suffer on the bottom of the internet pyramid having one of the lowest internet speeds while paying the same amount, or even higher, compared to other countries; adding DATA CAPPING to our "UNLIMITED" data plans sums up to our great burden as an avid follower of the internet - for studies and such.
We are calling forth the attention of the NATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION for this matter in hand; with this we talk as a whole...as ONE, we are asking for fairness in charging and serving our data services; Unlimited should be patterned to its name - "UNLIMITED"; not UNLIMITED with 800MB cap". NTC website hacked due to ‘poor internet connection service’
Coastal communities facing the Pacific Ocean were told on Thursday (September 17) to monitor advisories by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) in case a tsunami warning is raised in the country.
The agency is monitoring changes in the sea-level following a powerful 7.9-magnitude quake off the coast of Chile at 6:55 a.m., Manila time.
The earthquake was later upgraded to an 8.3-magnitude quake by the United States Geological Survey (USGS).
There is no evacuation order yet, but communities situated along the coast of the following provinces were told to "wait and listen for updates”:
Dandy Camero, a science research assistant of Phivolcs, told CNN Philippines that a tsunami could arrive 24 hours after the quake, according to the agency's simulations. But whether or not a tsunami would indeed occur is still uncertain.
Phivolcs explained that a 7.9-magnitude earthquake "has the potential to generate a destructive tsunami that can strike coastlines in the region near the epicenter within minutes to hours."
The quake's epicenter was about 54 kilometers west of Illapel, Chile, according to the preliminary assessment by the USGS.
Chile's Interior Minister Jorge Burgos said there were reports of damage to homes in the city of Illapel.
CNN reported that large tsunami waves were observed along the Chilean coast, near the quake's epicenter. Waves measuring one to three meters above the tide level were also forecast by the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center (PTWC) along some coasts of Chile.
Coastal evacuations were started by Chile's national emergency agency as the threat of tsunami looms
In the Philippines, the waves are forecast by the PTWC to be less than 0.3 meters above the tide level.

For some reason, this motorcycle rider decided that he didn’t want to ride anymore, but instead of returning his bike to its home, he had a whole different scheme in mind in which he would take his ride with him.
In an effort to ride the public bus with his motorcycle, he had to come up with a creative way to load the bike onto the bus to get it to wherever it was that he needed to go and instead of driving it up or using some sort of ramp system, this man would go on to load the bike on the bus using nothing but his head.
We’re not sure about you, but we’ve personally never lifted a motorcycle up entirely off of the ground, let alone with our heads. Even the smallest of street bikes is generally too much for the average person to hoist, so this is just ludicrous. What do you think of this incredibly odd sequence of events.

Officials told Reuters, "We think it may have come close to the surface because it was sick, or else it was weakened because it was in shallow waters."
Although these sharks may look terrifying, they are no threat to humans. They feed off of other sharks and sea creatures. Often referred to as a "living fossil" frilled sharks are a primitive species -- earning their name due to the little changes they've made since prehistoric times.

Passion de Amor lead star, Arci Muñoz is making the rounds on the internet after an image of her having an alleged Wardrobe Malfunction during one of her production numbers on ASAP20 last Sunday went viral online.
The incident apparently happened during one of Arci Muñoz's production number on ASAP20 with Sarah Lahbati, Rayver Cruz and Enchong Dee. She was wearing a crop top and a high waist shorts at that time.
After their production number, netizens claimed that she had experienced a wardrobe malfunction as seen on the photo above.
However, others also claimed that the photo was edited or manipulated on a photo editing software to create issues.
There are still no confirmation whether the images are real or not we just have to wait until Arci gives an official statement regarding the issue.

An 85 year-old grandma was viciously killed and her heart was eaten by her very own grandson. He was arrested after doing this brutal murder which was taken at Purok Kabukiran, Brgy. Tapi, Kabankalan City.
For 16 years, grandma took care of her grandson who is now 19 years old after his parents abandoned him. That's why the suspect himself couldn't believe about what he's done and why he did such crime.
According to reports, the victim identified as Olivia Jalaman was killed by her 19 year-old grandson named Ruben Jalaman using a knife. She was stabbed to death by her grandson and lost her heart which was believed to be eaten by him. Kabankalan City Police Station said the crime was discovered at around 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Their neighbor went to their house and found the victim's body lying on the floor bloody. The suspect said that he's not angry with his grandma nor drunk, not even on drugs. He said that there was just like a voice telling him to kill his grandma,so he did.
The police officers arrested him immediately.He attempted to escape and take his own life but still was caught eventually. The Chief-of-Police was wondering because he couldn't see any hesitation in his eyes. There's nothing suspicious in his action,either.
Robin,suspect, was also present at the crime scene when police officers arrived to investigate as he and his grandma were both living in the same house. He admitted that he was the one who killed his grandma. He is now under the custody of the police. He will be undergoing drug test and psychiatric examination.He will also receive further investigations on why and how he could do such crime to his grandmother.
